Wild Pockets Model Viewer... are you ready?!

Welcome to another edition of the Wildpocket's Blog!

What's that you say? You have 3D models and animations that you want to show other people on the web but don't think a static screen shot or video will do it justice? And you use either Maya or 3d Studio Max with some of their advanced shaders like specular and normal maps? AND want to make sure everyone else can see how cool they look on your models too?! All in their own easy to set up and use application!?!?!

Well it must be your lucky day (or you're some sort of time traveling witch) because, coincidentally, we're about to show how you can use the AMAZING Wild Pockets Model Viewer to fulfill all your model sharing needs! And if you are a Time Witch, you already know this won't end well for you, so I suggest you move along...

So let's get... Oh you have ANOTHER question? Why yes, you WILL be able to do this with only minimal programming experience. We'll walk you through the whole process step by step until you'll have your own models working in the Wild Pockets Model Viewer just...

like.

THIS.

And you have one more question? OK, make it fast. Oh, ummm... I'm not sure we can help you with that problem... so.. yeah... moving on...

So yeah... taking over for Eddie.  If you'd like to learn more about the model viewer for Wild Pockets I would recommend checking out: www.wildpockets.com/viewer for the documentation and quick start guide.  With it you'll be exporting your own models into wild pockets and embedding it all over the web in no time!  If you get stuck or lost in the process, feel free to post in the comments here or at the original forum post here and I'll help you out.
